great
great texture on the clothes and wonderful details in the face.
hair highlights could use some of the same detail

thanks-- I should definitely pay some attention to her hair.
you are getting better
i've seen a lot of your stuff come through the portal and every piece is getting better. everything is too soft though. there needs to be darker darks and harder shading. right now it looks like you are blurring to try and mix the color together and its making the image fuzzy. her left shoulder is a clean edge while her right has that fuzzy glow. the left cheek and eye are the strongest part and i like the purple you put in. the hair also needs some more texture
Thank you for the comment sir, I really appreciate it :)
I also notice that whenever I start doing some editing, the first thing I see is that I have no dark tones in my picture haha, it's definitely one of those things Im progressively working on making better. It's funny because I attempted to draw this same image last year on a different program, and I guess now Im using it to track my progress in a way. It's also good to hear from another person that Im making some progress, so thanks again my friend
here's my last years version of the pic if you wanted to see:
nice
captured the style well, sharp line work. if you have trouble getting the black even (how you can see strokes and spots) you can photocopy/xerox it to make all the blacks the same. or do the same in PS if you don't think its cheating.
thanks, I was gonna do that, but most of the work I produce now is digital so it was nice to have something done completely by hand, and I wanted to keep that feel. Mind you I did clean it up a bit rendering everything I just said pointless -_-
mondo cool
your stuff is always so great lankybisquick. but whats up with the uneven text at the bottom?
thanks!
the texts been bugging me ever since i exported this out of photoshop, i think its something to do with the settings at the top. either that or i might have set the size too small and it went all gay from that
its pretty good
the chest anatomy is pretty solid but the facial proportions are off. eyes are too big and far apart and the hair line is a little low. also there should be some darker shading. it will help get rid of the soft/mushy look.
also i have no idea what the background is or how he is standing in it.
Thank you for he critique !!!!!
shit its legit
looked this up on amazon. obviously no one likes JB when everyone here loves JT but good on ya. holla holla get dolla
but as a critique i don't like the stars, they seem half developed
Stars are simple on purpose: they are keeping the cartoonish feeling and at the same time they are a balance to the realistic aspect of this pic.
ed norton and daniel radcliff
i really dig the veins and gaseous clouds. the shading and the details like the freckles and tears are really nicely done. the throat is kinda weird to me.
and excommunicated? i didn't know that even still happened.
They sure do, I get booted tomorrow morning, and yes, the neck should be darker, it messes with the overall depth, Meh. I need to start another project.
bahah fuck yeah matt
the bg and skin coloring is kinda lame but i dig the slime stuff. kinda reminds me of Bane from Batman
yeah I agree on the Bg and skin, I rushed like a mofo on this...
thanks space :)
my favorite
